When it comes to those who have hurt you:
Do not wish them harm
Instead, wish them healing
Do not wish them suffering
Instead, wish them transformation
Do not wish them pain
Instead, wish them growth
Do not wish them anguish
Instead, wish them evolution
Do not wish them sorrow
Instead, wish them self-awareness
Do not wish them torment
Instead, wish them empathy
Do not wish them retribution
Instead, wish them reformation
Do not wish them punishment
Instead, wish them learning
And do not wish them revenge
Instead, wish them the realisation of what they have done
And the desire to do and become better.
